Art has been President of
Arthur Freedman Associates, Inc. since 1981. He holds
a Ph.D. degree in chemistry from New York University and
has over 45 years of industrial water experience, including
22 years as Technical Director and Marketing Manager with
an international water treatment company.
Art specializes in cooling and boiler water treatment,
problem solving, failure analysis, product development,
training and expert witness services. He is widely known
as an author and speaker, and has received many prestigious
awards, including the Distinguished Service Award from
NACE and the Ray Baum Award from AWT. |

Irv holds a B.S. degree in
chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
He has over 32 years experience auditing progress and
solving problems in industrial and commercial water systems
for an international water treatment company.
Irv specializes in feed water preparation, high and low
pressure steam electric boiler systems, HRSG systems,
cooling water, and commercial HVAC systems. |

Bob has almost 40 years of
water treatment experience across a broad range of applications
and industries. He holds BS and M.B.A. degrees from the
University of Pittsburgh, and has held a variety of technical,
management and marketing positions in the water treatment
industry.
Bob's specialties include industrial cooling and boiler
water, water preparation and waste water treatment. Bob
has a special talent for solving difficult problems, and
for working together with vendors and facility personnel
to optimize water system operations. |

Jack holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from
The Pennsylvania State University and has over 42 years
of experience with managing water treatment applications
and problem solving. He has held a variety of field
service, technical sales, consulting, marketing and
management positions with four water treatment service
and specialty chemical companies, and two environmental
consulting engineering firms. His background includes
12 years of service as a board member and former Vice
Chairman for a municipal water and sewer authority.
This experience aids his ability to provide guidance
to environmental firms, engineers/architects, and facility
owners with regulatory issues and requirements for facility
water supply and wastewater disposal.
Jack's specialties include trouble shooting cooling
and boiler water application and treatment problems,
plus facilities water management studies and permitting
and management plans for potable water, process waters,
cooling and heating systems, steam generation, wastewater
treatment and reuse, and wastewater disposal.
